Shipping and Insurance
- All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times vary:
For orders within Portugal: 3-5 working days
For international orders: 3-15+ working days

Customs Fees & Taxes
- Customs fees & taxes are not included and are billed separately to the recipient.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees & taxes imposed by the destination country’s government. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount charged. Within Europe, customs fees & taxes are less common or nonexistent.
- When free shipping is offered, it does not include the customs fees & taxes.
Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product, please promptly send us an email with images of the damage and we will assist you in filing your claim.
- We recommend you open your order as soon as it arrives.
